本校為配合國家防疫政策,因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎疫情,開學返校上課日期自原訂217日(一)改至32日(一),課程結束日期仍為620日(六)。【防疫期間,請各位同學務必要收學校提供之學生電子郵件信箱,以利獲得最新資訊】。

【網路選課】輔系、雙主修、學程選課作業

210日(一)至211日(二):

e-mail申請】應屆畢業生、轉學生申請調班修課作業

213日(四)至219日(三):

【網路選課】重修、補修、重修棄選科目、減修學年選修課不及格退選作業

217日(一)至223日(日):

【網路選課】第二次網路加退選,以及申請課程額滿加簽

218日(二)至221日(五):

【網路選課】跨部選課(選修課)、【e-mail申請】跨部選課(必修課)

220日(四)至221日(五):

【網路選課】超修作業

為確保學生每1學分上滿18小時,請同學於此期間,配合授課教師之規劃,登入並運用【雲端學園】等線上平台進行學習。任課教師仍會點名。

 

【雲端學園】操作手冊.請連結http://elearning2.wzu.edu.tw/,再點選【學生環境使用手冊】。提醒您於【雲端學園】上完選修課程,須加課或退課者,請於加退選時間內至【網路選課】系統加課或退課。

返校上課後,若同學對已選的課程仍有加、退課需求者,請洽教務處課務組辦理。

Dear Students,

To respond to the instructions and suggestions from Central Epidemic Command Center in the crisis of coronavirus, Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages has decided to postpone the start of the second semester from February 17 (Mon.) to March 2 (Mon.); however, the end of 108-2 semester remains the same (June 20). Please check your email school provided regularly so as to get the updated information over the crisis period.

The following are important dates for your reference.

Online course registration: minors, double major, and track programs

Feb. 10 (Mon) – 11 (Tue)

e-mail application: applying for classes (graduating students and transfer students)

Feb. 13 (Thur) – 19 (Wed)

Online course registration: retake a course, make a course up, retake a dropped course, reduce a course, and drop a failed course  

Feb. 17 (Mon) – 23 (Sun)

Online course registration: 2nd online course registration and application of approved course

Feb. 18 (Tue) – 21 (Fri)

Online course registration: Inter-Divisional Course selection(elective course); e-mail application: cross-register course selection (required course)

Feb. 20 (Thur) – 21 (Fri)

Online course registration: overtaken courses and rules (Please refer to the ‘updated information’ at https://d002.wzu.edu.tw)

Feb. 17 (Mon) – 29 (Sat)

In order to fulfill the policy of 18-week instruction for a one-credit course, all students are required to make use of e-cloud online learning under the supervision of individual teachers. Roll call will be taken regularly.

Should you need help with e-cloud operation, please refer to http://elearning2.wzu.edu.tw first and then click ‘learners’ manual’. You are kindly reminded to use the online course registration timely so as to add or delete a course if needed.
